I realise it's a work in progress, etc. but:

Would it be possible to automate the 'personal favourites' that people put into their biographies? Sure, it's manageable for a number of people through the forum code, but I'm sure there are people who find it impossible: an adaptation of the thumbnail button from the forums would work, presumably? Perhaps a specific section within that page, titled personal favourites, holding a maximum ten shots, or something?

Just a thought

at the risk of being banned from the site, i'll throw in an echo here for adding the forum code buttons to every place that supports forum codes, so that everyone can enjoy their benefit without having to learn how to parse together those god-awful strings of paths and numbers

I'd liket to be able to use HTML instead, or in addition to Forum Code.

Good idea Ed, I'll note it for the admins.

Or maybe somebody could make a tutorial on how to make a forum code, and include some common ones where people could copy and paste and then insert their own image id's into the proper places. I'd volunteer, but haven't the slightest clue how to do that. Also, if BradP could show us how he inserts the animated smileys that would be awesome! :-) seems so plain compared to his.

Someone has (Forum Code How-To).

Greetings,
Another suggestion I have after viewing the "new" profile page, I noticed that it lists the challenges a user has entered in a scroll box, which is an awesome improvenment, BUT it does not list the users scores for each challenge in the scroll box, which makes it a Pain in the #ss to go back and check scores, like to perhaps detect a trend)
Could the design powers that be, please put the scores back into the listings???

You're all going to suspended if you keep commenting on a work-in-progress!!!!!111 No more comments on it until I get it to a point where it's ready for release.

Gee,
Bod, where'd you find that quote from Langdon???? I don't see it in the thread???
Also if people dont want work in progress commented on, dont allow discussion of it in public forums!!!! (How else would I, a nobody around here know about it GEEZ!)
I personally when working on a project would rather get feedback gradually along the way, then get buried in it at completion
Geez try to offer some constructive help around here and get jumped on.......

This is a planned feature :)

All features of the old profile page (stats and stuff) will be in the new one. The reason they are not in it at the moment is that it is only in a test/construction phase. The system was originally designed for people's portfolio photos, which dont have a score, percentile, etc, and was simply copied for the challenge entries list. It is not yet finished. :)

"Geez" take a chill pill man. Hammering on me with mutiple ?'s and !'s ain't gonna help is it? ; )

I simply pointed out (with a smiley) that Langdon had already asked (with a smiley) that we not be too critical about an unfinished and unannounced feature.
