I mixed some of the methods suggested here, this is what I got:

What do you think ?

NeatImage to clean noise,
desaturated yellow a bit,
burned the leaves (color masked) with 30% pressure,
pulled brightness down and contrast up on the sky,
dodged the building,
USM on lab channel.

The leaves are looking really good though the clouds on the right appear to be blown. Also, the bars on the door/window look like they might benefit from a bit more burning to bring back more detail.

I am agree with you!
Try to use color range for the sky only and burn with 3-5%.

Done.
Regarding the bars, there isn't much detail to recover there, plus my main concern was the leaves.

Thank you all for helping out.
