When do comments register? I just noticed in the Jewelry Challenge that a good number my comments didn't show up on voting thumb pages. I'm hoping my efforts weren't for nothing.

| Comments never show up under the thumbs, only on the larger version of the photo. |

As far as I know, they are instant. The little 'note' icon will turn orange on the thumbnail screen if you have commented on the shot. If you are wondering if you have commented on the shot, you can always click on the thumb and your comment will show up if you have commented on it.

| When you are on the thumbnail page and you make a comment, then return to the thumbnail page, the note icon will not turn orange until you refresh your page. |

Thanx. I'd noticed the orange page thingy would happen if I hit Home or Refresh...I think??? I just re-commented on three and hit the vote button again and they registered.
Not sure but I may have lost a bunch of comments. Pearls of wisdom, lost forever.
