The last day before tax filing is due (tomorrow for canada), is definitely NOT a good time to be working as a telemarketer. I'm giving the government a LOT of $$ I don't have this return, even after doing a lot of very creative accounting. I almost broke the phone screaming.

You really should have saved at least one of these photos for the "Moods" Challenge.... I for one recognize the middle one... might have done well...hehehehe

LOL. Those were common expressions of mine today. My wife & kids typically vacate the premises on the day I do taxes, as they have learned that it is not a pretty sight. Throughout the year, if I'm ever in a bad mood, my kids will ask me, "Daddy, are you doing taxes again?" Which always makes me laugh.
Combine the priviladge of filling out pages of government forms along with the requirement of paying tens of thousands of dollars to do it, and it's a real bummer. Makes me feel sick when I think of how the politicians spend it travelling, eating, entertaining, & shmoozing. If I ever get audited I'm leaving the country. |
