Like alionic I have a 100MB fiber optic line here in Japan, but I'm really limited to the speed at which pages are served. I haven't checked my connection speed much since getting the fiber optic connection. With a Japanese speed test site, the results were:
25.372Mbps down
4.07Mbps up
