Many of the comments I received made mention of or assumptions about Carl, the elderly gent subject subject of my people portrait. He̢۪s quite a likeable character and I just wanted to offer up a chance for you to learn a little bit more about him.
Anyhow, just visit my home page – //www.mikasiphotography.com - to read a bit more about him.
And thanks for your support!

Beautiful writing there, I love the overall kind of casual "tone" that you used. That very insightful and really compliments your photo nicely. I wish I could write like that. Oh, and by the way, I really liked that photo of Carl, I gave it an 8 (which I don't give out too freely). If I had that amazing story to go with it, I would've definitely given it a 10. Keep up the good work! |

Thanks so much for giving us the wonderful words to go with your portrait of Carl. You did a wonderful job on the photo, it was one of my favorties of the People II challenge.
I laughed when I found he's a Wisconsinite, I should have figured by the bibs he'd be one of us! Wisconsin Rocks!
