My journey of self discovery has started, I left the safety of Iceland at 3:50pm GMT destination London Stanstead Airport, arrived at 8pm GMT and now I am waiting for my connection flight to Rome, Italy.
I have to sit here at the Airport in a very uncomfortable chair for another 6 hours, it´s almost midnight now, so I will be at Stanstead for 10 hours, not the best place to be, all stores, coffee shops and even the bathrooms are closing, and will remain closed until 4am GMT.
there is nothing here to photograph, wich is my main reason for taking this trip, I will arrive at downtown Rome at 10am local time tomorrow, and I have a booked tour of ancient Rome at 2pm, so I will be able to take pictures tomorrow.
I know this isn't a blog site but I never blog, I usually have someone to talk to, but now I am alone since I could't get a travel companion on such a short notice, so I just post my experiece here, and hopefully some pictures from my trip if I don't get mugged ;) |
