yeh when i first entered this challenge i thought it wpuld be rated high but seems like a lot of people are scoring low

I am above my average, but I know this is a high scoring challenge, so that depresses me. Come on folks, LOOK at the pictures for at least 60 seconds! I sure wish they had extended the deadline.

| If my goal had been to vote for all the entries, I failed. With less than an hour left, I've only managed to vote for 63%, and I'll be called to go to lunch soon (and with one of the first graders classes, so I could return a frazzled wreck...). |

OK this is my first challenge and I am a nervous wreck, well not really a wreck but I have driven my family crazy during the voting. It is amazing how you feel putting your work out there to be judged...
45 more minutes and it is all said and done. Best of luck to everyone..

I got kinda dizzy myself after two or three entries into challenges when the realization hit that the entire world got to see your stuff. Makes you a little humble... At least for a moment! :-)

First of all, I was afraid that I made a major faux pas (sorry if it's spelled wrong, I ain't French) in starting this thread. 36 hours after the initial post I realized that the thumb that I put in the original post was of the same subject as the image that I submited for this challenge:
Nextly, I did meet my goal with flying colors! I can't believe I got 31st place in a free study!
Thirdly, no pixels were harmed (spelled heida'd) in the making of this shot. It was all done in the desat process!
Lastly, but most importantly, thank you to all who commmented first, and to all who voted, second, for appreciating the work that went into this shot.
I set up for this shot hoping for a great sunset behind this awesome building. I didn't get the sunset, but with the help of my polarizer, got a pretty dramatic sky.
Oh, and I hit a minor goal with this shot also! My sixes now equal my fours again!
Kudos to all who entered.
