I very often sleep in sessions of 2-3 hrs at a time, twice or 3 times a day. Tonight, for example, from about 11 PM until 2:30 AM. It's rare that I "go to bed" like a normal person and sleep a night away. I do it when I have company, and that's about it :-)

It's what my body wants to do, as I get older. And I find the "wee hours" very conducive to working on stuff anyway. The dog sleeps, at least, so she isn't bugging me...

| Hm, a twin soul. This way is how I sleep at times too. Scientifically, it's called polyphasic sleep - and personally, I love it :) |

If I didn't have to go to work at a set time I expect I would be very similar. As it is I sleep 4-5 hours at night and grab the odd hour here and there to top up. The "wee hours" are the best time to do anything.

| Hehehe... you guys are crazy... I'm still at university - which translates roughly into - 'If I get less than eight hours in a night I degenerate into a complete autamoton.' |

I´m only at college but I´m taking 2 1/2 terms every term, graduating a 5 year study in 2 years, I also run my own plumber company and have 2 small kids, so I´m lucky if I get 3 hours sleep, and 5 hours on sundays :) |
