I have no idea when it comes to PS plugins.

I am looking for some texture plugins that can turn skin for example to stone or concrete or to make a person look like a tree (with the bark texture). Can anyone please point me in the right direction. I have googled it, but it doesnt really bring me to where I want to be. Not sure if I am looking up the wrong keywords.
