Well, after about a year of saving money (interrupted twice by my crappy car) I finally was able to order my Rebel today! I'm so incredibly excited...

My HP315 is broken and won't record dates properly... Making it difficult, er, make that impossible to participate in challenges without pilfering someone else camera...

No more, though! Yay for me!

Edit: spelling

Well Done, now get ready to relearn everything!

You won't be sorry with your choice and I hope you enjoy it.

Just take your time learning...cos I want a chance to win a ribbon first!!

Congrat's. But you should have pm'd me for my 5-6 month old Rebel, and saved some money for lenses. ;)

Curious how much you paid online (and where). I need to make sure I am selling well below the current actual new prices. (Many of the prices you find on the web just aren't real).

oops... didn't see that...

I feel for you though... I had to rehaul my cooling system and have the driver's side door rebuilt after a break in... all within 3 months... not to mention that I lost my stereo...

Well, congrats, and enjoy the new camera. I plan on getting one soon, it will just be a bit longer than expected.

I just got home from work, and there she was... My 300D arrived on time and in one piece!

I don't think I'm going to get anything done this week... Maybe I should have waited until after finals to buy my camera... oh well...

Didn't you mean the 'expansive' world of the DSRL? (Okay, well it is both.)
