Thanks everyone for your vote and comments!
I had several questions regarding my post-processing:
Photoshop:
*adjusted curves & saturation,
*sharpened,
*burned & dodged some areas,
*diffuse glow
*cloned out creases & folds in muslin on floor (hard to avoid those with two hyper aussies wanting those meat treats in my hand- yes, that is what they are focused on, haha).
I also used a hand-painted canvas background by Amvona.com (great deals on ebay). That's why it has that "painted" feel. So no, I did not use the photoshop filter. =) I also chose this one specifically because I like how the colors matched my dogs... made it feel more like a picture.
Thanks Again!!! |

Thanks! This was my second choice to enter... hard to decide... but I loved the overall feel of the one I entered.

As i was browsing through the pics before I started voting I saw this and. I was expecting to see these cute little things (not that lil' hehe) and by the thumbnail I knew it was your pic (not very hard to tell that also). I also knew it would be on top10, it was my choice to get a ribbon, you almost nailed it!
Congrats......

Thanks! I thought it was funny that I have only been a member here for about a month and so many people were able to recognize that as my photo... glad to know that my photography style and pups were that well remembered =) |

Thanks!
I did have a very strange voting curve for my entry... I do not entirely understand it. I think many people thought most of it was photoshoped... however, I really did not do too much to it in photoshop.
However, I took that as a compliment that they think I did that much too it to make it look good =) 31 10's is excellent for my fifth challenge! I'm very happy! |
