I was thinking of entering some of these to the free study but ended up not doing it, but i still would love some comments...

The rose is spectacular. The First image I like the DOF and the Bokeh in this image. The purple or blue flower has some nice magnification and clarity. The leaf is also a nice shot with the water droplets giving a magnifing effect. As for the Wasp I didnt care for that one maybe as it seemed died or just where its sitting didnt do it justice.

Curosity which lens are you using for these shots.

thanx, the leaf with the droplets was the one i was thinking for the Free Study but i got something (i hope) is better.

have your tried the 25mm extension tube or the macro coupler and a 50mm 1.4 or 1.8 lens thing. I guess your magnification ratio goes up tremendously with the coupler it goes to around 2.8:1 and the extension tube method goes up by 1.3:1 but you can focus on the subject much closer.
