I just got off the phone with canon. Adobe has announced that as of this time Photoshop/CS does NOT support RAW files for the Canon 350XT/D or the Nikon D2X. Here is Adobe's statement supplied to me by Canon.
Adobe expects to support preliminary support RAW files for the canon 350XT and the Nikon D2x in early May. |

The real question is whether they will add it to the RAW converter, or force you to upgrade to CS2. I hope they don't force the upgrade, because the upgrade from Elements 2 to 3 was a disaster in terms of user interface changes, and if they do that to CS, I won't be upgrading. |

The 350XT and D2X RAW files are only going to be supported by CS2, the only way around that is to convert your RAW files to the DNG format and then they will open in CS.
