What do you make of this?
If you look closely at the center of this shot; 
you see what appears to be some dirt on the sensor,
however, at a closer look, you see;
a bird possibly? whatever could it be? keep it or remove it?

Maybe its a Pteridactyl!! (sp)
Personally, I would remove it. It doesn't add anything to the actual picture, and not many people would see it and investigate. Just looks like dirt in the normal pic.
