		newest portrait of my girlfriend.

		Shouldn't you title the picture "Great Girlfriend"?
 
 her face is a touch bleached for me - lacking in colour, and I find the background a little distracting. Moving your girlfriend further away from the wall and using a wide aperture would help throw the wall out of focus, so that viewers could concentrate on the main subject

		| Yes, moving her a few feet closer to the camera would help, and using F4 or 2.8 would be a good idea. Also, avoid direct sunlight unless you are exposing for it. Blown highlights are obvious in the picture. |
