At what speed does Action Become Extreme? Or is this all relative. 100 MPH for an Indy Car would not be extreme, but 2 MPH for a Snail would be. Just one of those things that make you go "Hmmmmmm". |

extreme is usually related to the subject makin the heart race. ie. street racing, mountain skiing, etc.

Extreme action doesn't have to involve speed. Someone doing a back flip for example is extreme. Or a one fingered hand stand is also extreme action without speed. |

You could go far out and have a far left/right political protest as extreme action.
It's like justinbrook says, speed isn't always extreme and extreme isn't fast. You could take something like caveswimming, if you were going for a sport, which is very slow and careful, but because it involves people going through submerged underground tunnels, often so tight that not everyone can fit through, I can't think of something more extrme, sports wise. |
