I've seen alot of pictures all black and white with only one thing view in a different color, such as a red rose while all else is shades of gray. How does that work?

Its in several forum postings...plus its the third or fourth one down when you go look at the Tutorials. Go check out the tutorials, there are lots of really good ones...
