I have just used my new 20D for the first time and loaded the images from the compact flash via a card reader together with some images from my 300D.

The problem now is Photoshop CS does not recognize them, they are both RAW and jpegs as are the 300D images.

What is further confusing me is that I can view the images through windows, the EOS viewer utility and iviewMedia Pro.

When I open the file in Photoshop all that I can see are the images from my 300D ??
Can anyone help me with this problem

Kind Regards

Tim

Box the 20D up and send it to me. Let me test it for a few months and I'll get right back to you...

I had a similiar problem but I don't remember the exact details, but I believe my problem was downloading from camera to hard disk as tiff images 16 bit. My older software would only see 8 bit till I upgraded Photoshop CS. Then after I rebooted the system it would see the 16 bit images also.

So try rebooting the system if you just installed the latest upgrade.
