Is that the plan, dq everyone outside of the states! Ah Ha found out!

Ok whats the go, I can't add the actual local date that the photo was taken as it does not meet with the challenge date, even though it is still with in the corrected time!

My understanding is that you should add the challenge dates for the Eastern US--as far as Rubber Ducky goes, there's only one choice.

Later, EXIF data will be taken into consideration based on where you "live".

(Just don't want Gurilla to miss his Grape Ducky chance...)
