I was wondering what the etiquette was on posting Challenge entries. It is obvious that people here are on other sites honing their craft, but other sites do not protect anonymity... I was just wondering, I think I have a strong photo for this challenge, but don't want to piss anyone off if they find out which one is mine from another site... Ideas?

wait til the voting is over to address your image. that way ppl wont get angry. |

as hard as it is if you are excited about an image, i personally would wait posting it somewhere else until the voting is over. but ... different people handle this differently, so it is up to your own discretion i guess. |

Definately post elsewhere to get more feedback after the challenge is over. You can never get too much feedback. |

I post photos at pBase -- I don't put a current entry into a gallery to which I'm going to direct DPC members, but I'll sometimes put it in a different one. I don't think too many folks just go browsing around...and one or two people knowing which photo is your's is usually not too big a deal -- some members exchange photos (outside of DPC) before submitting anyway...
Just try not to refer to or link to a current entry in a forum post until the voting is over.
