played around with some saturation...contrast and cropping...just wondering what ya'll think...I would like to make the background more of a blur...any suggestions...

the first one is interesting although the overexposed light area on the wood is kind of blinding and distracting, maybe go back another day when there is an overcast so the shadows are less harsh and it might even look nice in black and white.

I don't think either of these images separates the barbed wire in such a way as to make it meaningful enough to justify further work on the images. Just my opinion, though.

hrmm...the barbed wire is definately cool, but it's just lacking that one thing to really make it interesting. If there were an animal or something on it or something carved into the post even, perhaps that would help.
