Take a shot that exemplifies extreme action with or without motion blur. And, as always, composition should be a major consideration.

Pretty vague, another one where people could enter almost anything they wanted to. Can you imagine one called "My dog relieveing his extreme constipation"?

If it was shooting out really fast I guess it would qualify. I like the challenges with a degree of vagueness about them. Not everyone has access to moto-cross races or ski competions. It kind of allows everyone to enter.

But it dilutes the challenge aspect of the competition when people can put in anything, doesn't force people to develope new skills.

It's not like it's a free study. The subject has to be in rapid motion and it should be extreme. Whether that would be a car hitting the wall at a Nascar race or a dog mid-air catching a frisbe it would still have to encompass those two qualities to score well.
