One key issue they didn't mention was the temperature.
Pressure/temmperature relationships are a strange thing. Take water, pull a 29" Hg vacuum in a container, and water will boil at about 77°F. Alcohol has a much lower boiling point too (why it feels so cold on your skin - it's evaporating rapidly due to your skin being warm, and changes state).
Interesting article though.
A 47,000FPS digital camera? Holy Crap!

very odd ..
is just scaned breifly a paper that they wrote about it
no mention of Temp at all ...

That takes a mighty powerful processor! Yikes!!!
