Hello, I beat Alionic score already because he is 3.9 I am 5.2 sooooo today we buy NEW CAMERA it is Fujifilm S602z I have to read the book to know how many picture you can take with 256MB card on 6MP setting is FINE because HIGH was too slow we think.

Maybe can someone offer me some help with the best settings for this camera and any help you could give to me. When I become full member then i can put new pictures for you to see.

Thank you

Kia Ora,Hanae, I have the S7000. and I use mine on the 6mp setting most times, sometimes I use it on the12mp normal ifI want a photo to enlarge to over 12"x8". I like my camera to. It does all the things I want.
PS we are coming to Japan in August to Osaka so WE might bump into one another!!!!!!!

Check my portfolio - until Jan 05 all my pics are with a Fuji S602. I always had it on 6mp fine. I used a 256Mb compact flash card and could hold about 200 images.

check //www.fujimugs.com and //www.dpreview.com/forums/forum.asp?forum=1012 (fuji talk forum on DPReview).

Its a fair cop!!!!!

Well done dear 'back to the drawing board for me'

Kiwinick - Would be GREAT to meet up my friend, Osaka is a bit far away from us but if you make it to Tokyo/Narita area we would certainly love to meet you. I have been to New Zealand several times mainly to Whitianga and Tauranga I have a few frinds there its a fantastic place I think. Drop me a PM then maybe we can arrange something, I have an empty house here so if it get too late (or we get too tipsey) you'de be welcome to stay.

There was an S7000 at the same shop but it was slightly out of our price range They also had a black REBEL 300D for under $1000NZ with the kit lens, I thought that was pretty good but again way off our price limit.

Hi Hanae,
Great camera, I never used the highest setting (tiff) too large a file and not very practical.
Capable of taking some great pictures and the 10x8 prints are super.
I would reccomend the extension tube adapter for fitting a polarizer filter, makes quite a difference.
Get used to using it in manual or program modes, the auto tends to blow out the skies a lot.Just practice, practice.
Good shooting,
Paul.
p.s. this may come in handy. online manual

ASK Sher for some tips, (even though I believe its her eye and not the camera), she rules that on that cam...

I think Sher has some beautifull picture and she must really understand that camera too, I should ask if she could help but maybe she is very busy lady I think she is good pro so maybe she can take great pictures with ANY camera I am very happy to have this camera and to be on this website, here people seem nice and not rude even with a comment about my picture.

Now I am reading the manual for this camera and I think I can make a good setting because people say about the correct setting for me. Now i must get a good eye, that nobody can help, just me right?

Thank you for comments

Hanae
