Well we had pictures for basketball yesterday and the photographer had her mark2 set up when I walked into the gym and me being into photography I went up and asked her if it was the mark2 and she said it was. We then got into talking about the camera and her HUGE white L lens on it (yes I was drooling). After about 45 minutes she invited me to her studio whenever I wanted and said that I could use her equipment whenever if it will help me along in my photography career! WOW THAT MADE MY DAY! she was awsome. I just wanted to share that with you guys, sorry it's so poorly written I am skipping first hour and chillin in the library trying to be fast.

Sounds like you made a great professional contact. Definitely take her up on it, even see if she needs any help, you can use all the "exposure" you can get. It will be great experience. Good luck!

yeah, I had a friend with lots of expensive L glass and it was great that he shared them with me...I hate him...
Not really, but I grew to love those lenses and had to have them for myself and spent over 3 grand on said good glass. He really is a great guy and given me alot more than just a taste for high quality glass. He was pro newspaper shooter in China and has been a great asset and mentor.
Glad you seem to have one too :)
