Well I finally got a response to my e-mail I sent to the cemetery in regards to whether or not we could shoot there. The reponse:

Thank you, for your e-mail dated March 23, 2005.
While we understand that you would like to take pictures of some of the historically significant sculptures/monuments with in the grounds of Mount Pleasant Cemetery, these are private memorials and our first obligation is to the families who entrust the remains of their loved ones and most treasured memories to us. To that end, Mount Pleasant Cemetery cannot give you permission to take photographs of these memorials.
You may however take photographs of fauna, flora and wildlife within the cemetery, as long as they are for your own personal use and not published in any form, including posted electronically on the internet.
Thank you in advance for your co-operation in this matter. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at ######.

Oops.. little late... My entry doesn't have any names in it, so I feel a bit better. The funny thing, while we were there security passed us a number of times when we were obviously taking pictures. They never stopped, or asked us to stop.
