Ack! Help! I don't have access to PhotoShop whatsoever this week (spring break). I have an image I want to submit (due in a few hours!), but when I resized it down to 640 pixels high, the file size went way down (as it always does) to 106kb, and I have no idea how to get it back up to 150, which would make it a lot nicer. The image looks reaaallllly cruddy right now. If it wasn't for class, I wouldn't even submit it like this. The program I'm using to edit it is FinePixViewer (the only editing thing I have access to).
Is there any way I can adjust the size to 150kb, or am I stuck with a low quality picture?
Thanks.

Thanks. That helped quite a bit. I still wish I had Photoshop at my disposal at home, but that worked.
