Well. if we do four of these a year, they'd be Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall Free Studies... And you got to call them something, so you may as well use the server's hemisphere...

I've got to laugh... First day of Spring in the Northern Hemisphere, where the site's located at, it's called the "Spring Free Study", it's been posted a couple hours, and we're ALREADY arguing about the title of the challenge? jejeje�

Just qualify the description..

to -Spring is here! Submit your best shot taken in the next month. It doesn't have to be either Spring like or Spring related.

March Free Study wasn't about Marching, December Free Study wasn't about December, Masters' Free Study wasn't about Female Domination Fetishes... I don't see why people are confused?

Given the apparent concern within the SC about people setting the date on their camera ahead in order to get shos for Free Study challenges, I would imagine the next one won't be at a predictable date.

Asking the question is like answering it :) Don't forget where you are. Some people are quite "stupid" when it comes to these challenges titles. The same people that need explanation on the "Yellow" challenge.

I'm surprise we didn't get a "Can you define cemetary for me please" yet.

ahhhhh shucks... just took the 4 hour drive to the zoo saterday for the first time. A free study starts today... oh well.. I still feel like sharing a couple of the shots.

Excelllent timing... I've got a trip to New York and one to Califonia both in the next couple of weeks. Hopefully these will spark my juices and get me something a little better than I've been pulling in lately. Yay!!!!

You certainly sound ready to spring into action. Just make sure to photograph something tasteful, which will not cause people to recoil, or else you may find your score too slinky for you -- although it could bounce back if you can get people to see the peculiar twist you gave the challenge topic.

Here's one I took like an year ago, believe it or not, using my mobile.
Resized the image, then cropped some disturbing parts and used neat image on it!

How would u rate it?

So if not a study of springs, are we supposed to be taking pictures of relating to the study of the word "free" (such as pictures of a key turning in a lock, or the Berlin wall)? What if I don't live near the Berlin wall?

Ok, I think we all have had enough of that! LoL!
I won't be surprised if I see pictures of ppl studying, freely at green pastures, surronded by imense mountains! With a 'vette doing dougnuts on the background.......

Free study is cool. Wonder how many of them are gonna be flower shots?

Spring is already here in Texas and wildflowers are gonna bloom like mad shortly...
