I have this pretty cool picture of Barry being Barry. Steroids and baseball aside, just wanted to share.

Bonds may break Hank Aaron's home run record, what with today's artificial muscles, juiced-up baseball, miniature strike zone (top of the belt to the bottom of the zipper!), bandbox ballparks, and timid pitchers, but he will never be half the player Aaron was or one-tenth the man Aaron is.

I am one of the (few) Bonds fans.
Neat pic - VERY green, and the the b&w stands - kinda cool.

I'm no Barry Bonds apologist, but I believe what he is doing there is what he does every time a new batter comes up to the plate - he's holding up a finger to remind his fellow outfielders that there is 1 out so that they will know how to field any ball hit to them. The shortstop probably did it right before Barry did.

That said, this is a really good picture and desaturating the other people in the shot helps make your point nicely.

What I hate most about Barry Steroids Bonds is that some good baseball people are being dragged down, losing there reputations, because of him associating himself with them so strongly. People like Willie Mays and Bobby Bonds. Hank Aaron is too much a gentelman to speak out publically, but you know it's eating him up inside. He's a class act who loved the game before players made millions.

He needs to admit his faults and retire. He is a disgrace to the game.

I do agree with Phil though, he's not flipping off the fans.

PS you missed the 3rd baseman.
