I took another shot of the bulb that I submitted for "light" challenge with high key in mind as opposed to the original low key image. Which one do you like more ? any other variation you can suggest ?
thanks for looking

It would be a lot easier to choose if you didn't put to great photo's up there. I think that the low key is a bit better, it has more characterand depth

how about a combination of the two. high key the bulb, and low key the BG.

the bulb itself is not lighted, its the background which is lighted and the bulb is just transparent and pass through the bg light, so I guess the background light should determine the full characteristics of the picture.

I liked the low key and entered it in the Light challenge, but day before yesterday, I tried the high key as I didn't get any other subject to shoot for my PaD at 4am in night :( and most of my friends here liked the high key, so now I was confused :D

From the comments so far, I think everyone here prefers the low key version only.
