I can't believe how good this store is. I ALWAYS do business with them. They are locally owned and have for a long time been my first choice of store to give my electronics business to. Today, they have proven, yet again, why they are SO great!

As I reported yesterday, my crummy little A60 broke yesterday. I could not go in to view mode any more. So I brought it back to where I bought it and they said they might just end up replacing it due to the cost of repair and the value of the camera.

Today they called me back with the news. I went down there after work and traded in my broken Canon PowerShot A60 for a brand new Canon PowerShot A510. Now I know that this isn't the creme de la creme of cameras but I couldn't be happier! It has 3.2 MP instead of 2.1 and 4x optical zoom instead of 3x. I'm having fun learning my new camera.

It's so great to deal with a company that knows the meaning of customer service. Never once did they make me feel like I was putting them out. It was all very "no problem Ma'am"! Onwards to take some more pics now. :)

Glad to hear things got sorted Jo, its always good to grab a bargain but nothing can match good customer service, it always gets repaid tenfold.

I'm not in your part of the world but maybe the store could be mentioned? (am sure thats ok here)

Glad you got treated right. I have always heard that if you please a customer they will tell 10 people and if you have a dissatisfied customer then they will tell 50 people. Good to know there are companies still out there that go the extra mile. Got my new camera about two weeks ago and actually went from a 4MP to a 3.2MP. The optical zoom on mine is great. Good luck with the new camera.
