Based on the available evidence, and allowing for slight variation in proprietary formulation, I'm assuming those are actually canisters of soft-drink concentrate. Considring the popularity of the product, might they not be considered WMDs?

Just what is says, the barrel from a Pepsi flavoring component -- the empty barrel was being used as a recycling container at a music festival I attended in Olalla, Washington.
I suspect it is to avoid photos like this that the barrels are labelled against re-use...
But it does make you wonder what the "secret ingredient" might be... |
