unbelievable what the camera can capture. the details are so defined. Never knew my eyes were like that up close!

there is a science that uses the black ring around the pupil as a means to diagnos health problems. the cleaner the ring, the better health you are in. certain types of blemishes can signal a disease or deficiency.

i saw a show on discover a while back about it. kind of intersting.

Beautiful shot! Lots of detail, you're right. Just curious how you set up a shot like this? How do you know if you're focused properly if you are on the opposite side of the lens?
