After posting for the Toronto GTG, and watching myself and others having to bump the posts several times a day.....is it possible to put an area on the left side of the page where the current poll is now to post them? Maybe have a form to announce the area, who the main contact is, possible dates and a link to a forum page for discussion on the matter and updates on the meet? possibly also to put link to meet pics for a short time.
