anyone willing to comment on this shot today? Actually we had a fairly decent time but we were under a time constraint and only had about an hour, we were using a silver reflector to bounce the light back into her eyes for a dramatic; not a subdued effect (otherwise we would've simply used the white). Any advice good, bad, and even the outright ugly would be appreciated

I think that the reflector worked very well, her eyes are very bright and very well lit... not sure about the overexposed hair or left side...
The model is really nice... but for just one hour it is a really good shot hope to see more of it.

Yes her eyes are lighted very well..the only thing I can add is that the background is tooo shiny, may be toning it down a bit will help get the attention of viewer more on her face.
