What is the little metal plate that comes with the lens i know it is meant to be put on the back of the lens but what does it do and how do i insert it on the back of the lens i seem to be having a hard time to make it fit correctly on it's place. :( any help would be nice.

the plate is a Guide Plate (used as a pattern for gel filters)
The lense accepts removable gelatin filters in a holder near the rear of the lens. As to how it's inserted, I have no idea. Probably best to read the manual that came with it. :)

If it doesn't mention it, try calling a camera shop or bringing it in, if no one else here knows...
