My entry for passing time was also my first experimental self portrait so I was wondering if any of you could suggest things to look for or what to "fix", and finally i was wondering why it didn't do better...maybe it didn't fit the challenge???...thanx for the help everyone......

I gave it a high score cuz it's a cool photo, but it didn't wow me considering the challenge. I like it though! Great mood and color, setting is great, expression works. Nothin' to suggest :) |

i think it would have fit the challenge better if you werent posed... if you literally translate just what is in the photo it reads like passing time by posing in the forest rather than passing time in the forest.
I didnt get to it during my voting but i think i would have given it a 7 or 8... probably an 8 actually.
keep up the good work, you should be due for a ribbon soon :-)
