Pre-validation of a photo - DPChallenge Forums

How do I (or CAN I) obtain a validation of a photo once I have submitted it BEFORE the voting begins? On the preview page of my submission, I did not see the usual link to submit for validation.

Okay...just found another thread that said this isn't possible? How can I find out if one of my editing steps would be okay? It's been brought up in many threads to ask, ask, ask...who do I ask?

EDIT: if any site council would like to chat with me directly about this, my AIM user name is "mamapo506", and I should be online for a while.
