Well, I ordered my mini trekker aw last night in hoping it will be here by friday. I woke up to a slew of 'please call to confirm' emails because I wanted it shipped to my work instead of home (because no one is here obviously).
I was just on hold for 17 minutes just listening to their borring music. I hung up, but seriously...that is no way to treat a customer. I'm obviously kind of upset about this, but will try to call again later.
Just thought I'd share my frustration...off to work!

Unless things have changed since my last order with Ritz you need to call them between 9 and 9, with the best time to call being before 5pm. After 9pm there is only a few people if anyone around to answer your call and they are usually the warehouse employees who are answering calls then.
It's like calling the electric or gas company no one answers before normal business hours and you get that eternal hold.

Cool..well, I got ahold of them around 10:00 .. so it should still be here by Friday. I understand normal business hours, but they should tell you that in the message or something before you're on hold for a while.
All is good though.

Good prices, great service and fast turnaround.
I've found Ritz to be rather pricey, even online - and since they have stores all over the place, you tend to also get hit with sales tax (if they have a store in your state - edit: my bad, they take care of sales tax and only have stores in California, Georgia, Kansas and Maryland... I'm in MD, but I was under the impression that they were nationwide).
Congrats on the new bag tho.
I love my 2 lowepro bags (Rover AWII and Stealth Reporter 650).
