Someone definitely dumped him. He had mange, ear mites, ticks, fleas, intestinal parasites and heartworms. He didn't have the energy to stand or walk until three days after I found him and brought him home. Since I've had him he has been to NJ, Pennsylvania, Washington State, Oregon, Florida, Virginia, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, and Italy. He̢۪s traveled on planes nine times and has never worn a collar. He is a great prop when working with children. Cool little dog, and I usually don̢۪t take to small dogs.
