Well, the past month has cost me a lot of money!

Last pay day I bought the 300D Black kit, see profile.

This past week I have added a couple of extras...a Canon 28-135mm IS USM, a Sigma 135-400mm, a 420EX flash with Sto-Fen Omni Bounce, a Canon 50mm f1.8, a second battery, a 1Gb CF card, a Tamrac Pro 8 bag, a Slik Pro 400DX tripod, various UV filters, battery charger + batteries for Flash and an external 120Gb Hard Drive.

Close to £2K or $4K!!

Now, I need to read the manuals and post some pics soon.

Eh, darn good thing you haven't yet caught "L disease", LOL.

No, please don't mention the 'L' word...I am already having nightmares...all I see are lenses strutting towards me like something out of The Wall, by Pink Floyd. Hundreds of them...marching closer!

I need Mogadon!

I shopped around, 7dayshop.com and WarehouseExpress.com have such good prices in the UK that I couldn't resist...although I did get a loan to cover the gear.

So, here is a BIG plug for 7dayshop.com, I ordered stuff last Monday and Tuesday...all was here by this morning!!

Another BIG plug for WarehouseExpress.com, ordered stuff Tuesday, here by Friday!!

Great service from both...the loan has shrunk a bit now :(
