Oh, this thing is awesome. I'm sitting here blinding my dog taking closeups of his face with this thing and 180 3.5 macro w/twin ring light attached. I think he likes it. He keeps comeing up and looking at the lens. Maybe the rain will let up by tomorrow and I can go out and play in the woods with this. New toys are just too cool.

The 8.5 fps is pretty addictive! :)

8.5 fps seems a bit extreme. hrmm...I want one too now...thanks.

Just buy another 300D and use them both at the same time - it would be a lot cheaper!

that only equals 5 fps...still 3.5 short!!!

I'd have to use 3 300d's to get 7.5 fps and maybe snap off an extra shot with my dsc-p32...now that'll work

EDIT I meant dsc-p52

Cool. It's stopped raining and the sun is comeing out. Maybe I'll go to Selma this weekend. Supposed to be a big civil rights march across the bridge.

I just saw that on the news and thought about going. I went to Tuscaloosa last weekend and got some nice photos there.

8.5fps..Dang!

I remember being shocked the first time i zipped through a roll of film at 5fps with my Nikon F3/MD-4 setup.
