My wife, a friend, and I looking at started up a photo studio and was wondering if any one would be able to steer me in the right direction on how to create a release form so that I can use choosen pictures in my studio. I figure this is normally done and someone on this site might be able to help me out. Thanks in advance for any help that you give us!

Here's a site I just found quickly to show you what's available free online.

I did a search of the words < Free Legal Forms Contracts> and this was one of many sites that came up.

I have a friend that owns a Small Cap software company and didn't use a lawyer for three years with these types of contracts(unless it was absolutely necesarry) when it came to staightforward basics.

This should give you an easy start. Hope this helps.

Am i right in assuming that the "General -Release, (use of Photos/Recordings)" would be the proper form to use?

Thanks for the site, this is of great help!

Here's a General Realease Form.

I think you might be looking for something else. A Right of Usage contract or something like that.

I'll keep looking for you.
