I was jus wondering what happens if i dont save a picture thats going to uploaded on to the internet as SRBG? ... thanks

If you save the image as RGB (1998) it will appear "duller" on the web. That is because RGB has a richer colorset and when uploaded to the Web some of those colors get lost... saving as sRGB saves the image in full web displayable colors.
