| Is there any limitation regarding posting picture whit cigaret and wine ? |

The only restriction specifically covering alcohol and cigarettes is from the Terms of Use:
4.2 You will not use the DPChallenge.com Service to post content or to design, manufacture, market or sell a Product that ... (viii) encourages the use of drugs or the under-age use of alcohol or cigarettes.
Since the Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Virginia, "underage" means under the age of 18 for tobacco, under 21 for alcohol. Other than that, there are no special restrictions.
