Microsoft has just released a new route planning web site -

//mappoint.msn.com/UK/home.aspx

Try it out by doing this --

Choose the DIRECTIONS tab.

Ask for the route from Haugesund (in Norway) to Trondheim (also in Norway).

Click on "Get Directions", then sit back and marvel .....

Maybe they've secretly bought shares in all the major oil companies and now want us to use our cars as much as possible.
