I didn't get chance to comment on this one but wanted to say that I didn't like the pattern. The portrait and the pose worked really well without the need for anything else. I do prefer the entry to the outtake though.
This was my outtake, though I would have expected it to score pretty much the same as my entry ...

This is my outtake. I didn't enter it, because I thought my face was a bit blown out. Oh well!

This was not shot during the challenge, but how would it have done? My entry finished in 27th place, maybe I could have gotten 26th with this:
