i thought ewwww when i looked at one but i keep those to myself, it wasnt a bug!

With a comment like that, if not for the subject, you might want to PM the author and ask them if they could clarify. You might want to wait until after the challenge, but if it really bothers you, go for it.

But in the end, I wouldn't worry about it. It's something you have to live with here. Some people are not very sensitive to others feelings, some are inexperienced with the written word, or some are inexperienced with this form of communication.

I am still willing to bet or at least hoping they meant it about the subject.

My score continues to sink. It's apparent that the voters today don't get it. I don't care. The comments are good and it already has one "favorite". Thank you! That made my day!

Neil, I KNOW it's the subject but it really doesn't bother me. I just didn't think it was that "ewwww"-y. :)

I solved this problem... Left the "My Score" box in "My Preferences" blank. The only minor pang I feel now is when the scores are announced, and I feel much better for it.

Ouch. I obviously made the mistake of thinking that I can take a good picture. Maybe I'll try sculpting with mashed potatoes or creating music by rubbing recycled paper together .......... hmmmm ........... maybe .......

Down down down. But pretty happy. My last submissions at Self and Bridge did very well. 6.7 and 6.6.
This one has a problem wiht the title, too. I got some remarks about this.

well I didn't enter this challenge I needed a break from the update button. I am however going to make an attempt to vote and comment on every shot in this challenge 11% so far..

Can't be too deep around here...Cause any thinking beyond 20 seconds and your toast...If it is not readily identifiable forget about it...I'm headed the same direction as you.... <<<<<

I'm spending at least 10 min on each photo and trying to leave an indepth comment for each.. whew.. it would almost be work if the photo were not all so nice to look at..

You have 285 votes???? Good lord, that must be close to double what I would suspect most people in here would have at this juncture. I would think most folks wouldn't have that many "views".

Thanks for the kind words. I'm glad my comments were found usefull and if more importaint to me they were appreciated. I don't think however I will be able to finish all the comments :( I'm going to fall a little short on time. I will try to get a few more done.. Sorry for those of you I don't make it to..

nope...I got missed...maybe my photo was just boring, only 2 comments but I finshed over 5.0 so Im good..besides, I like the pic, and isnt that what matters?
