I've tried to make a pano using my W1 (which doesn't have such an option) using multiple exposures.
Ended up with this
What u say? Am I on the right track? Does it look any "good"?

the stitching is really good... the subject not very appealing, guess you can now pass on to other things like landscapes... I had a really hard time stichting photos when i had my Sony F707, but with this camera the programs seem to sticht everything right... I guess it's harder to photograph panormaics in day light...
But you are going in the right direction.

I only choose this place cz I tought of making a 360° photo of the place. didn't quite work out so i stopped tehre, it's almost a 180° view of it (the barbecue pit place on my condo).
I think it does work better with landscapes instead of close places. the lines just don't look ok to me. I guess it's because the main subjectm which are the grey walls, are way to close. I don't know, still haven't tried to shoot things that aren't so close to the camera!

try it in the day light it might be harder or else do it at night with simple things you'll get the hang of it in no time...
I once did one 360 degree pano and it came out really cool... it was with my sony F707... maybe i'll put it up in a site... if i find it. :)
